Not misuse, reverse engineer, or exploit any system

6. Payments, Billing & Taxes

Applicable taxes are charged as per Indian laws
Payment methods and refund eligibility depend on product-specific policies
Bizorria reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
7. Cancellation & Refunds

Digital services, SaaS, or consultation offerings may be non-refundable
Consumer applications offering physical goods may have different cancellation or refund windows

Bizorria does not guarantee specific outcomes, profits, performance, delivery times, or results unless explicitly stated in a product-specific agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Bizorria shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific product or service
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bizorria against any claims arising from misuse, violation of terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Bizorria may integrate third-party tools or platforms. Bizorria is not responsible for the policies or performance of such third parties.
14. Force Majeure
Bizorria shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
